Jacqueline Younger

Jacqueline represents the overlooked and forgotten—those least likely to be seen. Known for her deep, faith-filled connection with women she calls her “alumni,” she draws from personal experience to inspire lasting transformation. For over 22 years, she has volunteered, worked, and led in service to women and the organizations that support them. Her leadership has birthed impactful workshops, graduations, and events that empower women to rise. Her life reflects God’s grace and a calling she views not as optional, but a divine responsibility. Her motto, “I, I, I – It was mine. It was stolen. I’m taking it back,” captures her journey and mission to help women reclaim their identity after trauma. The joy of her life is her three adult “servants” and seven grand “servants,” who lovingly support her work and walk.

Rev. Shirley A. Stewart-Tibbs

Shirley Tibbs-Stewart is a devoted servant leader in the ministry of recovery, celebrating over 30 years of being clean and serene by the grace of God. She is a passionate servant leader, celebrating over 30 years of recovery by God’s grace. A Hampton, VA native, she holds degrees in Biology from Norfolk State and Hampton University, and a Master of Divinity from Regent University. A retired U.S. Army Reserve Captain and former Supervisory Industrial Hygienist, she now serves at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, teaching Bible study and leading intercessory prayer. Licensed to preach in 1998, she is also Vice Chair of GPO Federal Credit Union, a board director for Ivy Community Charities, an AKA Silver Star, a life coach, and author of “Truth is Stranger than Fiction and usually a lot more colorful”.

Rasheeda Jamison -Harriott

Rasheeda Jamison-Harriott brings over 18 years of experience in social services and advocacy for vulnerable, low-income, and homeless populations. Her leadership has guided programs that help at-risk families achieve self-sufficiency through economic stabilization. She holds a Bachelor’s from Hampton University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Rasheeda serves on the boards of the Maryland Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) and the Maryland Community Action Partnership (MCAP), where she is also Legislative Chair. In 2021, she was honored by the Center for Nonprofit Advancement for her impactful work as President & CEO of United Community Against Poverty (UCAP).

Yvette Titus

Yvette Titus is a passionate leader with 15+ years in Business Management, Fundraising, and Marketing. Guided by the motto, “Love to serve before you try to lead,” she’s led efforts at Hospice of Charles County, spoken at the U.S. Capitol, and founded Ignite Her Brilliance, a faith-based movement empowering women. She also leads at Back to Eden and Ken’s Construction and created Restored & Renewed, a mentorship rooted in identity, resilience, and legacy. Married 29 years with four children, she’s writing Created for a Purpose and serves on the board of GOD’S TREASURES, Inc., devoted to healing and faith.

Jasmine Franklin is a marketing strategist and founder of Yarah Solutions, a branding agency supporting purpose-driven entrepreneurs through authentic storytelling and design. With over 7years of experience in marketing, Jasmine specializes in brand development, digital strategy, and content creation. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Communications from Full Sail University and has worked with nonprofits, startups, and small businesses to build impactful brands. Jasmine empowers creatives to connect with their audience, grow their presence, and lead with purpose.

Albert Briggs

Al was introduced to GOD’S TREASURE over 15 years ago and was instantly moved by the mission, testimonies, and God’s grace at work. Since then, he has faithfully supported the ministry with his audio-visual talents, financial generosity, and wise counsel—quietly “holding down the fort” behind the scenes. Al serves as a Senior Analyst at a leading Health Informatics company and has built a successful career in Information Technology. Yet, his true identity is in Christ. A devoted Christian and 40-year member of Douglas Memorial UMC, Al is a proud husband and father of three sons—living a life of faith, service, and love.

Barbara Galloway

Barbara has worked with individuals, couples, groups, and churches in the area of finances for over twenty years. She is the author of the book "RENEWING YOUR MONEY MIND." Barbara earned an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting. An ordained minister, she has a passion for helping people become financially free. Barbara lives in Maryland with her loving husband, John. They are the parents of a beautiful, successful daughter and son in love.

Heather Campbell

Heather Hines Campbell brings 16 years of experience in human services, with a passion for empowering underserved communities. Guided by the motto, “There is no better way to serve than in the service of others,” she has led programs in Rapid Re-housing, Family Shelter, and Homeless Prevention across the DC area. Heather holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Southern University. She’s trained in trauma-informed care, crisis management, and cultural diversity. Committed to transparency, inclusivity, and excellence, Heather is honored to serve on GOD’S TREASURE’s board, bringing leadership rooted in compassion and equity.

Rev. Alethea Long-Green

Rev. Alethea Long-Green completed her social service internship at the National Reentry Network for Returning Citizens, supporting formerly incarcerated individuals. With extensive experience as a Senior Management Advisor, she has led initiatives in human capital, program management, training, and evaluation, securing multi-million-dollar projects recognized as best practices by federal agencies and academic institutions. Alethea holds degrees from the University of Maryland and American University, along with certifications from CDSP, the John Maxwell Leadership Institute, CAST, and in Mental Health Crisis Intervention. A visionary leader, she blends faith and expertise to empower others and build inclusive, purpose-driven communities.
